FAQ

Common questions

No. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run our products, with our professional advisors, or where the law requires it.

That company does. When we process ticket content through Knowledge Builder, we act on that company's instructions as an operator — they are the responsible party. Please direct access or deletion requests to them directly. We will support them in responding.

Stored data is hosted on AWS in Ireland. For AI processing, content is sent transiently to our AI providers in the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses, and is not retained by them to train their models.

No. We do not train models on customer data. Under our agreements with our AI providers, they process content only to return a result and do not retain it for training purposes.
