What counts toward your plan
Evaluated ticket
Any ticket the AI Agent evaluates. Even when no response is warranted, the Agent records a note and a tag — so every evaluation is accounted for.
Article publication
A knowledge base article that Knowledge Builder creates or edits. Publishing a new article and updating an existing one each count as one publication.
On metered tiers the service pauses when you reach your monthly allowance, and resumes when you upgrade or the next cycle begins. On BYOK, usage is unlimited and only pauses if one of your own provider keys fails.
